Fair Q. The answer is neither. The stuff I publish on Medium also part of an email newsletter where I’m not the only writer. We decided for the purpose of the newsletter to use “us” and “we” and speak collectively there since we often contribute to each other’s pieces. I publish only the pieces I write under my name on Medium. I have sometimes considered going through each day and changing everything to “I”, but it doesn’t seem to bother too many people. But maybe I should consider that again. Hope that explains it.
